This page contains a form letter in two formats, the form below and a link below that, to a Microsoft Word document. These can be edited (recommended) to add a more personal correspondence.

With this submission, Representative Frank Wolf will receive a thank you letter for his efforts, and for, at least, not trying to tell us an invalid document is valid. All others will receive your edited version. The subject line on the message to Congressman Wolf will read "Thank you Regarding Scott Loper".

Beneath the e-mail form is a link to a letter in Microsoft Word format for you to mail or fax to your Congressional representative. You will also find a link to find your Congressional representative and their contact information.
When sending to your representative, fax if you can. Security measures will delay regular mail 2 to 3 weeks.

Your contact information is required and will be inserted into the message
Your personal address information is important if you want your remarks to be counted. Officials, especially Congressional representatives, will often ignore letters that do not contain the FULL name and address of the sender, whether they be e-mail or snail mail.

This information is not retained by or For more information, see our Privacy Policy

Your name and address, along with your e-mail address will be inserted at the top of the e-mail, followed with a salutation (EG: "Dear Representative Hoyer").

At the end of the e-mail, "Sincerely, {your name}" will be inserted.
